BOOKING
Advanced booking is required. Please check availability on the website, by phone 01756 753882 or email enquiries@grassingtonbunkbarn.co.uk
Booking will be secured on receipt of the deposit.
We do not take stag and hen parties.
Single sex groups without prior approval
Any groups under 25 ie. 18th & 21st birthday parties.
Bookings of this nature taken under another guise may be asked to leave.
PAYMENT
A deposit of 25% of the total fee is required to confirm the booking.
The balance to be received at least one month before arrival.
For bookings made before one month of arrival full payment is required
on booking.
Please note that all payments received are non- refundable.
A £100.00 bond is also required. This will be refunded within 5 days of departure. We have the right to retain the damages deposit for any breakages, or missing items, damage to fixtures and fittings, or for additional exceptional cleaning costs following your stay.
Payment can be made by card or bank transfer.
Price includes central heating, hot water and showers. Fully equipped kitchen and sitting room.
Bottom bed sheet, pillow and pillowcase supplied.
Duvets can be supplied at £10.00 per person per stay.
Towels can be supplied at £5.00 per person per stay.
Dogs are allowed at £10 per dog per with a maximum of 4 dogs per stay.
WHEN STAYING IN THE BUNK BARN
Please ensure that you use the bed linen provided. At the end of your stay please remove your bed linen and place them, and any towels, in the laundry baskets in the foyer.
Please remove walking boots downstairs and store in the boot room.
The Bunk Barn must be kept clean and tidy.
No smoking is allowed, nor are naked flames or candles for safety reasons.
Please be aware there is no electrical hook up and any cable seen coming out of the bunk barn going to a vehicle for charge will be asked to leave and the group will lose their damage bond.
Dogs are allowed by prior arrangement but must be kept out of the bunk rooms, off the furniture and not left alone in the bunk barn. We do have a lovely walk around our pasture that is ideal for a morning dog walk. Please pick up after them.
Noise pollution – Grassington is a small and peaceful village please try not to disturb the residents if you are returning late from the pubs in the village.
We would ask for you to refrain from playing music outside and keeping the noise outside to a minimum after 10pm.
Should any complaint be received you will have no option but to find alternative accommodation.
We reserve the right to inspect the premises any time prior to departure.
Bookings start at 3pm on arrival day and should be vacated by 11am on the departure day. We try to be as flexible as possible and don’t impose restrictions unless circumstances dictate. If you need to arrive earlier or later please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.
LIABILITY
We accept no responsibility for death or injury to any persons.
Nor accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal property, equipment or vehicles.
We can not accept responsibility for loss or expense incurred due to delays in travel or weather conditions, or due to sickness or any other reason.
INSURANCE
It is in your own interest that we strongly recommend you to take out adequate insurance against personal injury or loss of belongings.
